Dr Mahgoub qualified from medical school in 2005 and went on to complete GP training in 2017. Since joining Avenham Surgery in 2017, she has developed her role within the practice and is now proud to be a GP partner.
She has a strong clinical interest in women’s health, particularly menopause care, and also leads on palliative care and safeguarding within the practice, supporting patients and families through some of the most important and sensitive stages of care. She is also able to consult in Arabic, helping support a wider and more diverse patient community.
Alongside her clinical work, she is passionate about education and mentorship, working as both a medical student tutor and GP trainer to support the next generation of doctors.
Outside of medicine, she places great importance on family life and enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones. She also likes to keep active with regular walks and finds relaxation and creativity in cooking and baking.
