Dr Arif Dasu joined Avenham Surgery in 2011. He qualified MBBS in 2004, gained GMC registration in 2006 and achieved MRCGP in 2009. Alongside general practice, Dr Dasu undertakes joint injections and serves as the practice’s Caldicott Clinical Guardian.
In addition to his clinical work, he is an Urgent Care GP trainer, a supervisor for Foundation (junior) doctors, an Academic Advisor for medical students at the University of Manchester Medical School and a GP mentor for newly qualified GPs.
Outside of work, Dr Dasu enjoys keeping fit, walking, spending time with his family and supporting Preston North End.
